What the app will never do
- Never asks for a seed phrase or private key. There are none: your FistChain address is tied to your account, on the web and in the app. If anything asks for one, it's a scam.
- Never asks you to pay to play. Runs are free. $FIST and NFTs are virtual and can't be bought or cashed out.
- Same proofs as the web. App runs are on the same public ledger. Check any of them on /verify or with verify_fist.py.
- Same account, same NFTs. Secure your account with a username or email, then sign in with it in the app. Your runs, NFTs and streak come with you.
Questions
Why only 3 runs a day on the web?
The web version is a free demo, so you can try the game without installing anything. We've put our work into the app: it's where the full game lives, and it's free with no run limit. It's the same game either way, with the same provably fair throws and the same public ledger, and you can check every result with our open-source verifier whichever one you play. The app never asks for a seed phrase or a payment to play.
When do my web runs come back?
Every day at 00:00 UTC. The daily challenge doesn't count toward them, so you can always play it on the web.
Do I lose what I won on the web?
No. It's one account. Add a username or email to your guest account, sign in with it in the app, and everything you won is there.
