A blockchain game with none of the baggage
PROOF OF FIST runs on FistChain, a simulated blockchain built into the server. It has real hashes, blocks, transactions and provenance, but no wallets, no gas, and nothing that costs or pays money.
The rules
- A run is a streak of rounds against the house. Ties replay the round; one loss ends the run with nothing.
- Clear 2 rounds and you're holding Bronze. Every round after that, choose: bank the tier you hold (Esc) or risk it for the next (Enter).
- Clear 15 rounds and Sapphire is minted automatically.
- A run costs 10 $FIST. Burn 3 Bronze for a free run. Broke? You get one free run per hour.
The math
Each decided round is a coin flip, so tier N is exactly 1 in 2N. Score is also 2N, so banking and risking have the same expected score at every step. The only thing that changes is variance. It's a test of nerve, not a trap.
Provably fair
Before each throw the house publishes sha256(server_seed:round:nonce) on-chain. After you pick, it reveals server_seed. The house move is HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:round:nonce) reduced to rock/paper/scissors. Your browser re-checks every throw as you play, and you can download a standalone Python verifier.
No cash value. Ever.
$FIST comes only from the daily faucet and from banking NFTs. NFTs come only from playing. Neither can be bought with, or redeemed for, money or crypto. Status comes from what you earned: the leaderboard counts tiers earned, not tiers held.

For developers
Everything in the arena goes through a JSON API (docs). Every block, transaction and token is browsable in the explorer, and /api/chain/verify re-derives the whole chain on demand.
